Boundaries & Self-Trust
A practical reflection space for deciding what is yours to carry, communicating your needs, and following through with kindness and clarity.
1. Choose your pathway
Your answers stay in this browser tab only. They are not saved or sent to Phoenix Rebirth. Print or save as PDF before leaving if you want to keep them.
2. Notice the pattern
3. Define your boundary
A simple boundary formula:
“When [situation], I need [clear request]. If that isn't possible, I will [action I can take].”
4. Practice the follow-through
- Read your boundary aloud at a comfortable pace.
- Remove extra explanations you do not want to give.
- Decide on one action that is within your control.
- Choose a safe time and setting, or decide not to engage if contact would be unsafe.
- Reflect afterward. You can revise your approach without abandoning your needs.
If setting a boundary could put you in danger, prioritize your safety and seek support from a trusted person or appropriate local service. You do not owe anyone an unsafe confrontation.
